My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean, but unfortunately, they were located near the elevator, making them noisy as I could hear people passing by in the corridor. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to take care of us, although there was a strange incident where they waited in the departure area instead of arrivals despite communicating our arrival details. The location was perfect for a short stay close to the Quito airport, with convenient shuttle service available all night. The dining experience, however, was inadequate, lacking basic items like bacon, and the buffet breakfast was overpriced considering the limited selection.
